The New York Irish Center is designed
to host special functions of all kinds. It has an excellent kitchen for
prepared food to be heated and finished. It has full lighting
and sound facilities, and facilities for seminars, meetings,
promotions, indoor games, competitions. And the Center is close
to all major transportation including the 7 subway train, LIRR
and Long Island Expressway / Midtown Tunnel - click

The Ballroom
(Ground Floor):
This large room
covers the entire ground floor of the Center and include a
raised stage, hardwood floor (perfect for dancing), restrooms
and fully-equipped kitchen.
The Library:
We also have a
function room in our basement level, which we call the
"Library", that also has a hardwood/raised floor for dancing and
a bookcase full of Irish and international literature. The
Library has a cozy feel to it and is perfect for meetings,
private parties and public performances.
Irish Tea Room/
Internet Cafe:
Also in the
basement level, we have our Irish Team Room, where light
meals, coffee, tea, cake, alcohol-free beer and cocktails will
be served, and where parents can bring their children to watch
satellite TV with Irish sports (via
Setanta
Sports USA channel) and enjoy other activities in an
alcohol-free environment. The Tea Room shares space with an
Internet Cafe, with computers connected to the Internet
where young and old alike can surf the web and email friends and
family.
