New York Irish Center’s Christmas Shoe Box Appeal

This magical effort has continued every year since 2012—there’s always a need for it. When the New York Irish Center reopened its Shoe Box Factory—which is made possible by our volunteer elves—we made 500 Shoe Box gifts that were delivered to the Rockaways and distributed by Homes for Humanity to children in need.

In 2019 we will continue the seasonal-relief effort by reopening the Shoe Box Factory once more and bringing a little joy to those in need of it most during the holiday season.
