Welcome to World Percussion!!! This live instruction, online class will be looking at different percussion traditions from around the globe. Students will learn to play assorted percussion traditions. Students will be able to perform rhythms from musical traditions from Brazil, The Caribbean, West Africa and South America, amongst others. This class is intended for beginner and intermediate students. The class will be meeting via zoom to play and discuss music. Students should have a percussion instrument (preferably a drum) for class.
