Over the last number of years, the New York Irish Center has enjoyed observing the age-old Irish version of ‘Shrove Tuesday’, better known as ‘Pancake Tuesday’. Bridie Mitchell, affectionately known as our ‘Pancake Queen,’ along with Helen Ward, will once again make traditional Irish-style pancakes for all at the New York Irish Center community as they enjoy live music entertainment from local artists.
