Over the last number of years, the NY Irish Center has enjoyed observing the age-old Irish tradition of ‘Shrove Tuesday,’ better known as ‘Pancake Tuesday.’  Bridie Mitchell -- affectionately known as our ‘Pancake Queen’ -- along with Helen Ward, will once again make traditional Irish-style pancakes for all who are part of our expansive NY Irish Center community. Live music entertainment from local artists is also on the menu.
